摘要
目的:研究灯盏花素有关物质的具体组成。方法:采用制备型高效液相色谱仪分离灯盏花素原料药中的有关物质,结构鉴定后对灯盏花素原料药和片剂中的有关物质进行定量分析。结果:从灯盏花素原料药中分离得到4个有关物质,分别鉴定为6-羟基山奈酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸(1)、灯盏甲素(2)、野黄芩素(3)、芹菜素(4),其中化合物1为首次从灯盏细辛植物中分离得到,定量分析得知化合物1和2为灯盏花素原料药及其片剂中的主要有效物质。结论:4个化合物的指认大大降低了灯盏花素药品中未知成分的含量(灯盏花素片中未知物含量从16.24%降低至2.39%),提高了用药安全性,为灯盏花素及其制剂的质量控制和不良反应研究提供了坚实的物质基础。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of the related substances of breviscapine fromErigeron breviscapus(Vant.)Hand.-Mazz,and to provide material base for quality standards ascension of breviscapine preparation.Methods:The compounds were isolated by preparative HPLC,and the structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis.The content of this compounds were analyzed about breviscapine bulk drug and breviscapine piece.Results:Four compounds were obtained from breviscapine bull drug,They were identified as 6-hydroxykaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucuronide(1),apigenin-7-O-glucronide(2),scutellarein(3),and apigenin(4),compound 1is isolated from Erigeron breviscapus for the first time.Conclusion:To identify the four compounds reduce the content of unknown components in breviscapine from 16.24% to 2.39%,it improves medication safety.compounds 1and 2are the main related substances in breviscapine bulk drug and breviscapine piece.
