Discussion on the Reference Style of Ishinpo

探讨《医心方》参考体例及其相应医学社会环境的医学史意义。以医学史、文献学研究方法,简要梳理《医心方》撰写背景、撰者生平和编撰过程,分析《医心方》的命名、内容排列次序和内容表述方式,进而剖析《医心方》参考体例所反映医学社会环境的医学史意义。认为《医心方》是一部记载医生自我修养和治疗患者精髓方法的著作,这一命名凸显了中医素养和技能互为增益的传统含义;其卷目次序为总论、内科、外科、服石、妇科、儿科、养生、本草,各卷内容大体依照人体部位由上到下和病情轻重的实用方式排列;其内容表述采用继承了中国隋唐医籍《外台秘要》、《千金要方》的文献引述方式,且有适当的调整。

The author discussed the reference style of Ishinpo and its corresponding medical significance of medical social environment. With the methods of medical history and philology, the author briefly combed the writing background, the life of the author and writing process of Ishinpo, and analyzed its name, content of order and expression, and then analyzed the reference style which reflecting the social environment of medicine in medical significance. The author thought that Ishinpo is a record of doctor self-improvement and treatment of patients with distillation method, the name highlights the traditional meaning of the literacy and skills of traditional Chinese medicine. Its volume is general, internal medicine, surgery; taking minerals,gynecology, and pediatrics, preserves one＇s health and material medicine. Each volume arranges according to human body from top to bottom and illness weight and practical way. Its content expresses inherited Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty medical books Wai Tai Mi Yao and Qian Jin Yao Fang, and the appropriate adjustments.
