温针灸颈三针治疗颈型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Observation of Warm Acupuncture Neck Three Needle in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:研究并分析温针灸颈三针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:将60例颈型颈椎病患者按治疗方式的不同分为温针灸组与对照组各30例,温针灸组患者采用温针灸颈三针治疗,对照组患者给予口服药物,观察比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者VAS、NPQ评分均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,温针灸组患者VAS、NPQ评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用温针灸颈三针治疗颈型颈椎病效果明显,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study and analyze of clinical effect of moxibustion neck three needle for treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods：60cases of neck type cervical spondylosis patients into clinical trials,according to the different treatment modalities will60 cases of patients were divided into acupuncture and moxibustion group（n = 30）and control group（n=30）,the oral drug,the former uses warm acupuncture neck three needles therapy,compared to two groups of therapeutic effect.Results：Before treatment,two groups of VAS score and NPQ score were not significantly different,after the end of treatment,the VAS score and NPQ score were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：For cervical spondylotic myelopathy with warm acupuncture neck three needles therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and the measures of worth in clinical promotion and use.
