摘要
目的:研究疏肝和胃饮对糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)大鼠胃动素(motilin,MLT)、胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、胃内残留率及血糖的影响。方法:采用高脂高糖饲料喂养联合多次小剂量链脲佐菌素注射液(streptozotocin,STZ)腹腔注射造模;将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、早期预防组(早预组)、预防组和治疗组,分期予疏肝和胃饮灌胃治疗。结果:早预组、预防组、治疗组大鼠大鼠血糖、MLT、GAS血清含量均显著低于模型组(P<0.01);早预组、预防组大鼠胃内残留率明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:小剂量STZ联合高能量饮食法可成功复制DGP大鼠模型,疏肝和胃饮能有效降低DGP大鼠血糖、MLT、GAS血清含量及胃内残留率,早期防治对DGP大鼠有显著疗效。
Objective: To observe the effects of Shugan Hewei Yin on motilin(MLT), gastrin(GAS), gastric remainder rate and blood glucose in diabetic gastroparesis(DGP) rats. Methods: The DGP model rats were established with multiple low dose STZ injections and feeding high fat and high glucose diet. After the modeling,the rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, early prevention group, prevention group and treatment group, the groups were treated with Shugan Hewei Yin staging gastric gavage. Results: After the treatment, the content of blood glucose, serum MLT, GAS in experimental group(early prevention group, prevention group and treatment group) was obviously lower than the model group(P0.01); and the gastric remainder rate of early prevention group and prevention group was lower than the model group(P0.01). Conclusion: Low dose of STZ combined with high energy diet can successfully establish the rat model of DGP, Shugan Hewei Yin can reduce the blood glucose, gastric remainder rate, MLT and GAS of DGP rats, and early prevention has obvious therapeutic effect on DGP rats.
