摘要
目的:研究黄连提取物的制备工艺。方法:采用HPLC法和UV分光光度法对乙醇回流提取、浓缩醇沉、明胶沉淀和D101大孔树脂等各分离单元提取物中小檗碱和总生物碱含量进行测定评价。结果:上述各分离单元提取物中总生物碱和小檗碱的转移率依次分别为72.08%、65.28%;68.49%、65.61%;58.06%、44.49%;48.62%、36.11%。结论:乙醇回流提取的药液采用浓缩、醇沉、明胶沉淀、D101型大孔树脂吸附与洗脱等分离技术制备黄连提取物的工艺路线有效、可行。
Objective: To study the preparation process of coptis root extracts. Methods: HPLC and UV spectrophotometry was used to evaluate the content of berberine and total alkaloids in each separation unit extracts of ethanol reflux extraction, enrichment and alcohol precipitation, gelatin precipitation and D101 macroporous resin adsorption. Results: The transfer rate of total alkaloid and berberine in the extracts of above each separation unit respectively were 72.08%, 65.28%; 68.49%, 65.61%; 58.06%, 44.49%; 48.62%, 36.11%.Conclusion: The process route of preparation of coptiis extract, extraction liquid using ethanol reflux after concentration, alcohol precipitation, precipitation of gelatin, D101 macroporous resin adsorption and elution, was effective and feasible.
