Utilization of Chinese Cut Crude Drugs in Our Hospital During 2009～2012

目的:分析我院2009—2012年度中药饮片销售及变化情况。方法:通过医院药房网络系统提取我院4年中每年中药饮片的销售相关数据,并用电子表格软件Excel对其进行分类统计分析。结果:4年中补益药、清热药、活血化瘀药、化痰止咳平喘药位居前4位,在单品种销售额前10位中,补益药占较大份额,其中茯苓销售量连续4年排名第1。结论:我院药品总销售额在不断上升,但中药饮片销售额呈起伏趋势,免煎中药颗粒销售额增加较多;做好年度分析工作对中药饮片管理有着积极意义。

Objective： To analyze the use of Chinese cut crude drugs in our hospital from 2009 to 2012.Methods： Through the sale of the relevant data of hospital pharmacy network system in our hospital in 4 years,the annual extraction of Chinese cut crude drugs and the statistical analysis was conducted using Excel spreadsheet software. Results： In the four years, the Chinese Cut Crude Drugs of tonic, antipyretic, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma medicine ranked top four in the single variety, sales of the top ten in Chinese crude drugs, which accounted for the larger share, Fuling（Poria cocos） sales ranked first for four years. Conclusion： The total drug sales are rising in our hospital, but the Chinese cut crude drugs sale showed a trend of undulating, boil-free granule of Traditional Chinese Medicine sales increased. The annual analysis of the work is of positive significance to Chinese cut crude drugs management.
