冬病夏治三伏贴治疗儿童哮喘缓解期的临床研究

Clinical Study of Wintertime Disease in Summer-acupoint Sticking Therapy for Childhood Asthma in Remission Stage

目的:观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗儿童哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法:选择56例哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为两组,其中对照组31例,予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服;治疗组25例,在对照组基础上,选取肺俞、心俞、膈俞、天突及膻中等穴位进行冬病夏治三伏贴。3个月为1个疗程,观察疗效并随访半年。结果:治疗组有效率为87.1%,对照组有效率为76.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在提高肺功能指标FVC(%)、FEV1(%)、PEF(%)及MEF(%)值方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冬病夏治三伏贴治疗儿童哮喘缓解期,疗效确切。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of wintertime disease in summer-acupoint sticking therapy on childhood asthma. Methods： The 56 asthma children were randomly divided into two groups, 31 in control group, and 25 in treatment group. The control group received Montelukast Sodium Chewable tablets; basides the above foundation treatment, all patients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint sticking therapy on acupoint bilateral Feishu（BL13）, Xinshu（BL15）, Geshu（BL17）, Tiantu（RN22）, Danzhong（RN17）,etc. 3 months was a course of treatment, and effects was observed after 6 months. Results： After the therapy program, the total effective rate of treatment group was 87.1%, while that of the control group was 76.0%, both of which are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the aspects of improving the counts of lung function parameters（FVC, FEV1, PEF, MEF）, the treatment group was also better than control group, and the result was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of wintertime disease in summer-acupoint sticking therapy-for asthma children had exact clinical effects.
