摘要
以蓖麻果实为原料,通过对现有蓖麻脱壳设备的性能分析,对其局部结构进行改进,实现了蓖麻剥壳效能的优化,为蓖麻果实脱壳机械的研制提供理论依据。通过正交试验进行了滚搓式蓖麻脱壳设备的参数优选,求得滚筒转速、滚筒倾角、出料口滚筒间距及含水率与脱壳指标的关系,得到了影响蓖麻脱壳指标的主次因素和各因素的显著性水平,各参数的最优组合为滚筒转速为300 r/min、蓖麻果实含水率为6%、滚筒间隙为10 mm、滚筒倾角为17.6°。在此条件下,蓖麻脱壳设备的生产率可达404.12 kg/h,脱净率可达90.8%,破损率可以降低到2.9%,优选后的脱壳设备综合指标优于其他参数组合下的机械性能。
To meet the industry demand of castor process, a new type equipment is made to realize a better effect for shelling the castor. Through orthogonal experiment, the relationship between the quality of roller speed, inclination, space of outlet port and the shelling indicators of process effect taking castor with different water content. The primary and secondary factors affecting the targets of castorshelling and the significance level of each factor are acquired. The optimal combination of the parameters are the roller's rotate speed of 300 r/min, fruit's water content of 6%, roller space of 10 mm, and roller inclination of 17.6%. Under the optimum, the indexes of castor shelling equipment are productivity of 404.12 kg/h, the net rate of 90.8%, breakage rate of 2.9%, which is superior to other combinations of parameters the mechanical properties.
