摘要
研究主要目的是应用红外热像仪技术检测及判别沥青混凝土粒料析离。首先以实验室制作模拟沥青拌合料析离试件,包括相同沥青含油量试件及不同程度粗与细粒料比例级配试件,应用红外热像仪拍摄,获得试件表面辐射温度分布,经过资料处理找出热对比与位置关系,初步了解析离的特征及作为温度析离初步判别指标。结果显示,热对比曲线的震荡幅度较为平缓时,此粒料间黏结较好较为密实,反之,热对比曲线的震荡幅度较为大时,热对比有较明显的差距,此粒料间可能有析离或孔隙产生。此可说明析离试件有较大的热对比变化,将可进一步做为现场析离的指标。
Purpose of this study is to apply infrared thermal image instrument detection and discrimination of asphalt concrete aggregate separation technology. First with laboratory simulation of asphalt mix separation specimens,including the same asphalt content of specimen and different degree of coarse and fine aggregate proportion grading specimen,using infrared thermal image instrument,obtained the specimen surface temperature distribution,find the exact location of the thermal contrast and relations through data processing,a preliminary understanding of separation characteristics and temperature separation as preliminary judging index. Results show that the thermal contrast curve when the oscillation amplitude is relatively flat,good coherence between the aggregate is relatively dense,on the other hand,the thermal contrast curve of the oscillation amplitude is relatively large,the thermal contrast has the obvious gap,may have a separation between the aggregate or pore. This can explain separation specimens have larger thermal contrast change,will further serve as an indicators of the separation.
