摘要
研究了PPA对聚合物改性沥青(SBR、SBS)储存稳定性的影响,并基于车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验、APA疲劳试验研究了PPA对聚合物改性沥青混合料综合路用性能的影响。试验结果表明,在不影响聚合物改性沥青混合料低温抗裂性、水稳定性和疲劳性能的同时,加入0.75%~1%PPA可以提升聚合物改性沥青的高温稳定性,减少SBS改性剂的掺量,PPA对聚合物改性沥青混合料的疲劳性能有较大的改善作用。
This article studied the effects of PPA on polymer modified bitumen( SBR,SBS) storage stability,and based on the rutting test,low temperature bending test,freeze-thaw splitting test,APA fatigue test to study the Comprehensive road performance of Polymer modified asphalt mixture. The results showed that: to join the 0. 5% ~ 0. 75% PPA,without affecting the polymer modified asphalt mixture at low temperature cracking resistance,water stability and fatigue performance,while adding 0. 75% ~ 1%PPA can improve the high temperature stability of the polymer modified asphalt,reduce dosage SBS modifier,PPA on the fatigue properties of the polymer modified asphalt mixture has a greater improvement.
