摘要
为了制备热学性能良好的水泥基储能材料,通过室内试验,对比研究了石墨、炭黑和氧化铁黑3种储能材料对水泥净浆物理力学性能和热学性能的影响。试验结果表明,随着三种储能材料掺量的增大,水泥的水灰比逐渐增大,绝干容重和前后期强度逐渐减小,同时导热系数和热扩散系数逐渐增大,体积热容逐渐减小,热学性能得到改善;当掺量相同时,氧化铁黑对水泥力学性能的影响最小,石墨次之,而炭黑最大;3种储能材料对水泥热学性能的改善顺序依次是:石墨>炭黑>氧化铁黑;加入3中储能材料后水泥的导热系数和储能材料掺量之间有很好的线性相关性,其中加入石墨后的回归系数A最大为0.081 4,表明水泥的热学性能对石墨掺量最敏感。
In order to prepare cement-based energy storage materials of good thermal properties,this paper through indoor experiment,study the influence of three energy storage materials( graphite,carbon black and iron oxide black) on the physical and mechanical properties and thermal properties cement paste comparatively. Experimental results show that,with the increase of the content of three energy storage material,water cement ratio increases gradually,dry bulk density and the intensity gradually decreases,thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity increases gradually,but the volume heat capacity reduce gradually,and the thermal performance is improved. When the phase at the same time,the dosage of minimal effects on the mechanical properties of cement,iron oxide black findings and the graphite and carbon black is the largest. Three kinds of energy storage materials of cement to improve the performance of thermal sequence is: graphite 〉 carbon black 〉 iron oxide black. There is a good linear correlation between the thermal conductivity of the material content and the storage of cement after adding three in the storage material,added graphite the regression coefficients A maximum of 0. 081 4,indicating that the thermal properties of the cement content of graphite most sensitive.
