摘要
以叶绿素荧光强度、叶绿素a含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性为测量指标,探讨了Cu2+对铜绿微囊藻的毒性效应。结果表明:随着Cu2+浓度的增加,胁迫作用逐渐增强,主要表现为叶绿素a的含量逐渐降低;叶绿素荧光强度和SOD活性均为先升后降。其中,中浓度(0.1~0.3 mg/L)Cu2+胁迫使得叶绿素a含量逐渐降低,铜绿微囊藻的光合作用抑制受阻,24 h内叶绿素荧光强度和SOD活性增强,24 h后叶绿素荧光强度与SOD活性均降低。
Toxicity effects of Cu^2+ on microcystis aeruginosa were explored based on the test index of intensity of chlorophyll fluorescence, content of chlorophyll a and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD). The results show that with the increase of the concentration of Cu^2+, stressing effect gradually increases because the content of chlorophyll a gradually decreases; the intensity of chlorophyll fluorescence and SOD activity are both increase and then decrease. The stress of( 0.1 -0.3 mg / L) Cu^2+makes the content of chlorophyll a be decreased, photosynthesis inhibition of microcystis aeruginosa be blocked, meanwhile the intensity of chlorophyll fluorescence and SOD activity within 24 h be enhanced, the intensity of chlorophyll fluorescence and SOD activity both be decreased after 24 h.
