云驾岭矿煤泥水处理系统技术改造

摘要 针对入洗原煤中小粒度成分显著提高,煤泥水处理能力明显不足,循环水质量不断恶化,影响选煤厂入洗量及产品质量的问题,云驾岭矿洗煤厂对加药系统、φ30 m浓缩机、粗煤泥回收系统和水循环系统进行了技术改造。实践表明:实施煤泥水处理系统技术改造后,洗选能力显著提升,每小时最多入洗原煤量由改造前的230 t提升至300 t,实现了原煤全入洗。浓缩后底流浓度有效控制在400 g/L左右,完全满足了压滤机的入料要求,压滤机单个循环生产时间由原来的45 min缩短到30 min,聚丙烯酰胺使用量月节约450 kg,每小时多出粗煤泥5 t左右,创造了可观的经济效益。 Based on the coal medium and small particle size composition is increased significantly, the slime water treatment capacity is obviously insufficient, the circulating water quality deterioration,affect the coal preparation plant in quantity and quality problems, Yunjialing mine coal washery of dosing system, φ30m thickener, coarse slime recovery system and water circulation system has carried on the technological transformation.Practice shows that after the implementation of technological transformation of the coal slime water treatment system, washing capacity significantly increased, up into the coal quantity of per hour by former transformation of 230 t to 300 t, realized the full into the raw coal washing. After concentration underflow concentration control in about 400 g/L, fully meet the requirements of the filter press into the material, the filter press with a single cycle production time of 45 min to 30 min, polyacrylamide usage month save 450 kg,about 5 t per hour of coarse coal slime, created a considerable economic benefits.
