摘要
提升系统是矿井生产的重要环节。现有多种保护或后备保护装置用来防止过卷过放,但过卷过放事故仍时有发生,以致造成人员伤害,设备损坏,影响生产。为解决过卷过放的安全问题,《煤矿安全规程》提出了明确规定,要求在立井提升系统中,必须设防撞梁和托管装置,防撞梁不得兼作他用,同时过卷、过放距离需符合相应规定。
Improve the system is an important link in production of mine. Existing multiple protection or backup protection device for preventing overwind discharge, but overwinding accident still happen, so that caused injuries, equipment damage and impact the production. To solve the problem of overwind discharge of security, the "coal mine safety regulations" proposed explicitly, requirements in vertical shaft hoisting system, must fortify bump beam and managed devices, and shall not be concurrently anticollision beam, at the same time, volume, discharge distance shall conform to the relevant provisions.
