KJ972型煤与瓦斯突出预警系统在大社矿的应用

摘要 为了避免煤与瓦斯突出防治工作的盲目性,峰峰集团大社矿结合实际设计并应用了KJ972型煤与瓦斯突出预测参数监测系统,采集瓦斯、风速、温度、一氧化碳等环境参数,对井下区域的煤与瓦斯突出和火灾进行预警和监测报警。各预测指标超出临界值赋值为1,否则赋值为0,工作面是否具有突出危险可采用布尔代数进行计算。结果表明:该系统的数据参数及状态显示、3D场景模拟图等能够实现对煤与瓦斯突出事故及其发生时间、地点的自动判识和及时报警,能够对瓦斯涌出量和波及范围进行自动预测,有效提升了矿井安全系数。 In order to avoid the blindness of coal and gas outburst prevention, the Dashe mine of Fengfeng group combine with practical design and application of the KJ972-type coal and gas outburst prediction parameters monitoring system,collect gas, wind speed, temperature, carbon monoxide and other environmental parameters, to early warn and alarm the coal's and gas' outburst and fire of underground area. Each predictor that beyond the threshold is value of 1, otherwise 0 be assigned, and whether this Face outburst danger can be calculated using Boolean algebra. The results show that data parameters of the system and the status, the 3 d scene simulation figure can recognize the coal and gas outburst and the accident of time, place, and alarm automatically and timely, can automatically predict the gas emission and extent,effectively improve the mine safety coefficient.
