护理专业本科生焦虑抑郁状况及其与睡眠质量的关系

Correlationship between Anxiety and Depression Status and Sleep Quality of Nursing Undergraduates

目的调查护理专业本科生的焦虑抑郁状况以及其与睡眠质量的关系,为改善护理专业本科生焦虑抑郁状况、提高睡眠质量提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法从某本科医学院校护理学院抽取150人作为研究对象。以焦虑自评量表(self anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)及阿森斯失眠量表(athens insomnia scale,AIS)为评价工具,调查其焦虑抑郁状况的发生情况以及睡眠质量。采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果护理本科生的焦虑、抑郁症状的发生率分别为16.11%和20.13%,SAS、SDS总分分别为(41.32±7.94)和(44.70±9.94)分,评分显著升高,与常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);护理本科生AIS总分为(9.78±4.77)分,其中89.9%的学生存在睡眠问题,80.5%的学生存在失眠状况;相关分析表明,SAS、SDS总分与AIS总分呈显著正相关性(P<0.01)。结论需要调控护理专业本科生的焦虑抑郁情绪,加强心理疏导,及时查找原因,增加体育锻炼,消除影响其睡眠质量的因素,以促进护理专业本科生身心的全面发展。

Objective To investigate the correlationship between anxiety and depression status and sleep quality of nursing undergraduates,in order to provide evidence for improve the students＇ anxiety and depression status and sleep quality.M ethods Totally 1 5 0nursing undergraduates were investigated through cluster sampling by using self anxiety scale（SAS）,self-rating depression scale（SDS）and Athens insomnia scale（AIS）.SPSS1 9.0 was used to analyze the data.Results The incidence of anxiety and depression symptoms were 1 6.1 1% and 2 0.1 3%,respectively.The SAS and SDS scores of nursing undergraduates were 41.32±7.94 and 44.70±9.94.The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly higher than the norm（P〈0.01）.The AIS score of nursing undergraduates was9.78±4.77,89.9%of which had sleep problems and 80.5% had insomnia.The correlation analysis showed that the SAS,SDS scores and the AIS score were positively related（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The anxiety and depression status of nursing undergraduates should be regulated.Strengthening psychological counseling,increasing physical activity,eliminating the factors which affecting the quality of sleep,promote the physical and mental health of nursing undergraduates.
