军事训练伤患者康复治疗期护理需求的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Nursing Services Demand of Patients with Military Training Related Injury During Rehabilitation

目的了解军事训练伤患者住院康复治疗期的护理需求,为军事训练伤的康复护理提供参考。方法 2013年1-6月目的抽样选择武警重庆总队医院骨科收治的12例军事训练伤患者,采用质性研究的Giorgi现象学方法,进行住院期间护理需求的深度访谈。结果提炼出军事训练伤患者住院期间康复治疗护理需求的三大主题,即人性化的护理关怀、个性化的康复指导、科学化的心理疏导。结论军事训练伤患者住院期间的康复治疗效果与专科护理的质量密切相关,护理人员应根据患者的实际需求,实施有针对性的护理,从而促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the needs of nursing services of the rehabilitation of military training related injury,in order to provide reference for the rehabilitation nursing of military training related injury.Methods By using Giorgi phenomenology,12 cases were deeply interviewed about their nursing services demand during hospitalization.Results The nursing needs during hospitalization were extracted,including humanized nursing care,individualized rehabilitation guidance and scientific psychological counseling.Conclusion The efficacy of rehabilitation of military training related injury patients during hospitalization is particularly associated with the quality of specific nursing.The nursing staff should provide with targeted nursing care,thus to promote the early recovery.
