摘要 介绍了柴油加氢精制技术、柴油加氢改质技术和柴油临氢降凝技术的特点及国内外研究进展,指出提高催化剂活性及选择性,改善催化剂的灵活适应性,降低失活率依然是加氢催化剂的发展方向,多种催化剂组合技术是当前加氢工艺的主流。分析了我国柴油质量升级技术与发达国家的技术相比存在的差距,提出了我国柴油质量升级技术发展的相关建议,认为超低硫柴油是未来发展的方向,应致力于研发更稳定、更高效的催化剂以及更合理的反应器内构件,进一步优化工艺条件,以满足柴油质量升级的要求。 The feature and research advance of diesel hydrorefining technology, diesel hydroupgrading technology and diesel dewa- xing technology are expounded. It is pointed out that high activity, high selectivity, flexible and low inactivity rate still reflect the developing trend of hydrogenation catalyst, and multi-catalytic technology is the main current of diesel hydrogenation technology. The disparity of diesel upgrade technology between developed country and our country is analyzed, and the proposals of diesel upgrade in our country are put forward. It is thought that ultra-low sulphur diesel is the future development trend, it is important to research and develop more stable and efficient catalyst and more reasonable reactor internals, and optimize the technology conditions to meet the demand of diesel quality upgrade.
