摘要
针对我国工业行业能源消耗统计指标和蒸汽能源折算值的取值方法,提出了焓法和有效能()法2种计算方法,并指出将焓法用于行业能源指标统计的计算;在比较化工等行业(装置有大型蒸汽透平)不同专利技术的能耗水平、分析装置能量利用情况,特别是优化装置设计时,采用有效能()法可以真实反映化工装置的工艺设计水平。建议在采用焓法时,以热力参数法代替现行计算方法,有利于和国际接轨,该方法可对任何工艺参数的蒸汽方便地进行无级差正确取值。对采用热力参数法对综合能耗统计的影响进行了评估。
Two calculation methods of enthalpy and available energy for calculating the energy consumption statistical index and steam energy reduced value in industries in our country are put forward. It is suggested that energy consumption statistical index should be calculated by means of enthalpy. It is thought that using available energy method can really reflect the process design level of chemi- cal plant installations, for example, in comparison of energy consumption levels of different patented technologies in chemical plant in- stallations with large-scale steam turbine, analysis of energy utilization and optimization of design. It is suggested that in enthalpy method, using thermal parameter to replace current calculating method is in favor of corresponding with international, which can con- veniently give correct value of steam for any technical parameters without stage difference. The effects of thermal parameter calculation method on the comprehensive energy consumption statistics are evaluated.
