临床药师参与多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染患者临床治疗的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for Medication in Multi-Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii Patient with Lungs Infection by Pharmacist Participation

目的:分析临床药师参与多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染患者抗感染治疗药学监护,为合理用药提供参考。方法:临床药师参在1例多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染患者的治疗过程中,为医师提供药物治疗信息、分析用药情况、监护患者用药过程。结果:临床药师参与多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染患者抗感染治疗,疗效较显著,治疗过程中无发生明显的药物不良反应。结论:临床药师利用专业的药物知识在治疗团队中对提高疗效、保障患者用药安全方面有着积极的作用。

Objective： To analyze the pharmaceutical care by pharmacist participation for anti-infective medication in multi-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii patient with Lungs infection, and to provide a reference for rational drug use. Methods： Clinical pharmacists participate in one ease of multiple drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii lungs infected in patients during treatment, providing medication information and analysis for physicians and pharmacy care for patients. Results： The effect of the anti-infection treatment of multiple drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia involved by clinical pharmacists was obvious and there were no significant drug reactions druing the treatment process. Conclusion： Through the use of professional knowledge to improve the efficacy and to ensure drug safety, clinical pharmacists could play an active role in the treatment team.
