摘要
利用扫描电镜对尖形食道口线虫和双叉食道口线虫体表超微结构进行观察。结果显示,这两种食道口线虫口孔呈圆形,内外叶冠分别为20、10个;外叶冠外缘分布4个乳突,乳突之间分布2个头感器;口囊有3根齿;腹部有一明显的颈沟,颈沟下端有2个对称的、向后倒钩叶状的颈乳突;雄性交合伞发达,2个分叶,交合刺细长。结果表明,双叉食道口线虫和尖形食道口线虫的不同之处为前者3根齿突出口囊、较大,但交合刺长度略短。
The ultrastructure of Oesophagostomum aculeatum and O.bifurcum collected from Macaca fascicularis was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the common features between O.aculeatum and O.bifurcum mainly oval area;both have round-shape mouth with 20 internal leaf crowns and 10 external leaf crowns,four papillaes along the external,between each two papillae have two oval amphidial orifices,the oral capsule has three denticles. Besides,cervical neural groove of the both species is visible and a pair of leaf-shape cephalic papillae symmetrically situated peripherally on the groove and hooking backward. The bursa of both species are developed,with two large lateral lobes,and a pair of long,thin spicules.In conclusion,compared with O.aculeatum,the oral capsule and three denticles of O. bifurcum are much larger while its spicules are shorter.
