旅游投资环境评价体系研究

The Evaluation of Tourism Investment Environment

旅游投资环境是投资旅游业首先要考虑的问题,是资本增值的必然要求。利用2014年河南省18个城市的数据,通过熵值法和TOPSIS解法来量化各个城市旅游投资环境的综合评价得分,划分了旅游投资环境等级。利用原始指标数据和综合得分作为样本数据,训练生成BP人工神经网络模型——LVPG,将河南省各城市的旅游投资环境评价指标体系的原始数据输入到LVPG中,就可以输出城市旅游投资环境的评价得分和等级。

Tourism investment environment is the fi rst issue to be considered in the investment and tourism industry, which is the necessary requirement of capital appreciation. Through the method of entropy and TOPSIS method to value the comprehensive score of urban tourism investment environment, it divides the rank, according to 18 cities data of Henan in 2014. Using the original index data and the comprehensive score, it generates a BP artifi cial neural network model--LVPG. The original data of Henan input into the LVPG, the evaluation score and the level of urban tourism investment environment can be obtained.
