摘要
针对某车型EPS功能的开发需求,对其搭载的发动机前端轮系进行设计,旨在设计阶段就避免皮带打滑严重、皮带抖动过大及支架强度不足等问题,在开发过程中运用专业的轮系分析软件和计算机有限元分析软件,确定了前端轮系坐标。相对于传统开发过程中通过试制样件来验证设计的合理性,此开发过程不仅降低了开发成本,而且大大缩短了项目开发周期。
Focusing on the requirements of a vehicle EPS development, designing engine FEAD in a vehicle is introduced in this paper. Professional FEAD software and finite element analysis software are used in the process in order to avoid some common engineering problems, such as serious belt slipping, belt vibration and insufficient support strength, etc. Finally the coordinates of FEAD is determined. Compared with traditional development process with prototype to checking the design, this process not only lowers the development cost, but also shortens the project development cycle.
