摘要
汽车座椅舒适度的判断主要是基于传统的经验与知识,时间和成本的大量付出以及舒适度判别标准的建立成为了此项技术发展的巨大阻碍。通过三维建模与有限元分析相结合的仿真方法,建立人体和重卡汽车座椅有限元模型来模拟人体臀部与坐垫的交互,进行体压分布仿真分析与试验验证,通过对比仿真与试验的人体-座椅接触界面压力分布特性来确定此方法的可行性。结果表明所建立的模型能够真实地反映试验结果,可作为座椅舒适性评估及优化的科学依据。
Seat comfort judgment is mainly based on the traditional experience and knowledge. Time, money and the establishment of the comfort discrimination standard become the huge obstacles in the development of this technology. Through the virtual simulation method which combines the three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis, this paper builds finite element model of the human body and heavy-duty vehicle to simulate the interactions between the human buttocks and the seat, to make simulation analysis and experimental verification on the body pressure distribution; comparison between the features of the pressure distribution on the human body-seat contact interface in the simulation and that in the experiment shows that the modeling can truly reflect the result of the experiment, and thus can be used as a scientific method to assess and optimize the comfort of the vehicle seat.
