2000年以来中国流动人口分布特征演变

The Evolution of Chinese Floating Population since 2000

基于第五、第六次人口普查、2005年人口抽样调查以及2009年-2014年农民工监测报告的数据,分析了2000-2014年中国流动人口的分布特征及最新趋势。2000年以来外来人口规模和跨省外来人口规模迅速扩张,流动人口主要流向经济发达的东部省份,但各个城市吸纳流动人口的数量存在较大差异,流动人口对本省城镇化贡献巨大。此外,近年来流动人口表现出"回流"的新特征。依据近年来流动人口特征提了相关建议。

Based on 2000 census data,2010 census data,1% of the population sampling survey data of 2005 and report of national monitoring survey of migrant workers（ 2009- 2014）,this paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the distribution characteristics of floating population in China since 2000. Result shows that the scale of the floating population expands rapidly since2000,floating population mainly migrate to economically developed eastern provinces,there exists great differences for different cities to absorb floating population,floating population contribute a lot to the urbanization process,floating population shows a new characteristics of ＂return migration＂in recent years. Finally,considering the characteristics of floating population in recent years,this paper proposes two proposals.
