摘要
采用溶液聚合法制备了聚丙烯酸(PAA),丙酮法制备了水性聚氨酯(PU),涂覆法制备了PAA/PU复合膜。研究了自修复温度、时间、溶剂、p H值、膜的层数、PAA的相对分子质量及裂纹形状等对PAA/PU复合膜自修复效果的影响。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等测试了PAA/PU复合膜的化学结构、表面形貌及自修复效果等。结果表明:当自修复温度为45℃,自修复时间为24 h,乙醇为溶剂,p H值为4,膜层数为1时,PAA/PU复合膜的自修复效率可达90%。
Polyacrylic acid was(PAA)prepared by solution polymerization, and polyurethane(PU)by acetone process and PAA/PU films were prepared by coating. The effects of self-healing temperature, selfhealing time, self-healing solvent, p H, layers of coating films, molecular weight of PAA and the shape of cracks on the self-healing efficiency of PAA / PU films were studied. The chemical structure, surface morphology and self-healing efficiency of the films were characterized by Fourier Infrared Spectroscopy, Optical Microscope, and Scanning Electron Microscope et al. The results show that the PAA/PU films have good selfhealing efficiency up to 90% when the self-healing temperature is 45 ℃, the self-healing time is 24 h, ethanol as solvent, p H value is 4, and the layer of films is 1.
