摘要
综述了瓶级聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)的传统、新兴和潜在生产技术。传统的直接酯化连续缩聚合技术与连续固相缩聚合技术的组合技术成熟、产品质量稳定。采用熔体直接生产高黏瓶级PET技术及集成生产技术简化了流程、降低了运行费用,但还有产品品质及装置稳定性的问题需要解决。对二甲苯—粗对苯二甲酸—PET一体化的生产技术革新了流程、整合了上下游,并且已有工业化装置开工建设。最后,总结了瓶级PET的技术发展趋势,展望了产业未来发展方向,并对我国瓶级PET产业未来5年的发展进行了预测。
This paper provides an overview of conventional, alternative and emerging bottle grade polyethylene terephthalate(PET) production technology. Conventional combination of direct esterification/continuous polycondensation process and continuous solid state polycondensation process are mature in technology and stable in products' quality. Alternative technologies like direct melt to bottle grade PET and integrated process simplify the process and reduce the operation costs, while it still needs to resolve issues such as products' quality and stability of plant. Paraxylene/terephthalic acid/PET integration revolutionizes the process by integrating the upstream and downstream, furthermore, an industrialized plant is under construction. The technological advancing route is summarized and the prospects of bottle grade PET production are also presented. Its development in China in next 5 years is predicted as well.
