摘要
通过计算机开展采集技术,实现了计算机识别与人工识别的结合。让所需要进行设计的假体的轮廓曲线能够更好地进行拾取,且所拾取到的模型会表现出更清晰的边缘,呈现出完整的曲线轮廓,为后续的假体重建工作提供了良好的稳定性。再通过高新技术及新材料,进行从三维立体模型到实体原型的加工,让假体制作能够更加快速地实现从设计到实体转化,排除了一些传统工艺中的复杂程序。在很大程度上满足了医生以及患者的设计需求。通过镜像技术,能够达到精准的设计效果。本文主要对利用计算机辅助设计医用树脂假体重建外形进行了探讨。
The computer acquisition technique is used to integrate the artificial and computer recognition. Therefore, the profile curve of the prosthesis that needs to be designed can be collected more effectively and clearly. The model picked up shows the profile curve perfectly, which provides stability for later prosthesis reconstruction. The high tech technologies and new materials are applied as well to the process of physical prototype from 3D model, which accelerates the design of prosthesis to solid model by cancelling some conventional procedures and meets the requirements of doctors and patients. Furthermore, mirroring technology is used to obtain precious effect of the design. This paper provides an overview of computer aided design medical resin for shape of prosthesis reconstruction.
