海军舰船建造承制单位评价指标体系研究

Research on Index System of Navy Ships Manufactures

针对当前没有专业的海军舰船建造承制单位评价指标体系的现状,首先对舰船建造承制单位进行了分类,在此基础上,从质量、成本、交期、技术、服务、财务管理和社会责任这七个方面,探讨建立了海军舰船建造承制单位评价指标体系,解决了承制单位分类和定位不够科学,以及对承制单位评价客观性不足的问题,为提高舰船建造质量、方便军代表质量监督以及机关决策提供了支持。

In order to solve the problem that there is no specialized index system for navy ships manufactures, this paper firstly classifies the navy ships manufactures, base on which from seven aspects such as quality, cost, technique, service and finance, establishes the eval- uation index system of navy ships manufactures which solves the insufficient objectivity of e- valuation of navy ships manufactures, which provides support for improving of navy ship qual- ity.
