摘要
针对固体充填条件下上覆巷道围岩变形受诸多因素影响的问题,基于杨庄矿3644工作面地质条件,采用ABAQUS建立了固体充填采煤上覆巷道围岩变形分析模型,研究了充实率、开切眼至上覆巷道水平距离和充填工作面长度3个因素对巷道围岩变形的影响,以底板累计下沉量、顶底板和两帮移近量3个指标作表征,得出3个巷道围岩变形指标均随充实率的增加呈线性减小,随充填工作面长度和开切眼与上覆巷道水平距离的增加呈"半抛物线型"增加的规律,并采用多元非线性回归的方法拟合了底板累计下沉量、顶底板移近量、两帮移近量3个指标与3个影响因素的函数关系。工程实践表明,11号监测站处上覆巷道底板累计下沉拟合值为157 mm,实测下沉值163 mm,两者仅相差6mm,实测结果验证了模拟结果是可靠的。
Under the condition of the solids backfill coal mining,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the upper overburden roadway was affected by several factors. Based the geological conditions of No. 3644 coal mining face in Yangzhuang Mine,the ABAQUS was applied to establish the surrounding rock deformation analysis model of the upper overburden roadway with the solids backfill mining. The paper stressed the study on the three factors of the compact rate,the horizontal distance between the open- off cut and upper overburden roadway and the length of the backfill mining face affected to the surrounding rock deformation of the mine roadway. In certain,three indexes of the total subsidence value of the floor,the convergence between the roof and floor and the convergence between the two sidewalls were presented. The surrounding rock deformation indexes of the three mine roadways were decreased in linear with the repletion rate increased,with the length of the backfill working face and the horizontal distance between the open- off cut and upper level roadway increased with " a semi parabola type" increased law,a multiple nonlinear regression method was applied to fit the function relationship between the three indexes of the floor total subsidence value,the roof and floor convergence and two sidewall convergence and the three influence factors. The project practices showed that the total subsidence fitting value of the floor at No. 11 monitoring and measuring station was 157 mm and the actual measured subsidence value was 163 mm. There was 6 mm difference between the two values and the simulation reliability was individually approved.
