摘要 国产氦气在线回收和纯化设备已成功应用于光纤制造及大型浮空器工程。针对氦气工业化及国防需要的特殊应用环境,分析了设备的工作流程与电气特点,选用具有高可靠性及三防性能的电气元件,提出了以高可靠性可编程计算机控制器为核心的电气系统控制方案。专项试验及长期运行测试证明,该系统可以使氦气在线回收设备高效、安全、可靠地运行。 Homemade Helium online recovery and purification equipment has been successfully applied in the optical fiber manufacturing and large aerostat engineering. In view of the special application environment of the Helium industrialization and the need for national defense,the work flow and the electrical characteristics of the equipment are analyzed. The electrical system control scheme is proposed,in which the high reliability programmable computer controller( PCC) is used as the core,and the highly reliable electrical components with Tri-proof property are selected. Through the special tests and long-running tests,the conclusion can be drawn that the system can make Helium online recycling equipment operate efficiently,safely and reliably.
