摘要
在高压、高温油气井的生产阶段,环空异常持续带压将直接影响到气井和现场作业人员的安全,其中以油套窜通的类型最为严重。针对克深气田12口油套窜通高压气井的生产现状,分析了油套窜通给安全生产带来的突出问题,结合油套窜通高压气井所表现出的环空压力异常现象,根据其产量、油套连通性、关井井口压力及环空最大许可工作压力的关系对这类井进行分类分级管理,提出了安全生产的思路和具体措施。
During a production of some oil and gas wells with high temperature and high pressure(HTHP), annular abnormal under pressure may cause some safety accidents. In particular, tubecasing channeling is the most serious. In Keshen gasfield, there are12 HTHP gas wells occurring tube- casing channeling. So, some typical security problems caused by this channeling are analyzed at first; and then, combining with annular pressure abnormity, a classification and grading management mode is used for these wells based on a relationship among gas production, tubing connectivity,shut-in wellhead pressure, and maximum allowable pressure; thirdly, some safety production measures are made.
