基于移动互联的慢病管理诊疗平台的建设研究

本文主要对基于移动互联的慢病管理诊疗平台的建设思路、部署、总体架构进行了描述,突出了医院在应对移动互联创新应用时,相关的网络改造以及安全建设;对应用系统的主要建设内容以及功能特点进行了介绍,突出了建设亮点,如慢病知识库、即时通信、风险评估引擎、订阅式个性化、物联网体征信息采集、线下健康管理服务团队等;围绕平台建设涉及到的主要技术进行了描述,并对平台的价值和社会效益进行了分析。

This paper describes the construction ideas, deployment, and the overall framework of chronic disease management platform based on mobile Internet. Network transformation and security construction are emphasized when hospital faces innovative applications of mobile Internet.
