摘要
自 1 997年以来 ,农民收入的增长幅度已经连续四年下降 ,影响了农业乃至整个国民经济的健康发展。笔者认为 ,要提高农民收入 ,必须以我国农业发展新阶段的特征为出发点和立足点 ,找出新阶段下农民收入增长幅度下降的原因 。
The increasing rate of peasants' income has been shrinking in four successive years since 1997, affecting agriculture and the sound development of the national economy as a whole. The author thinks that the shrinking reasons must be found and feasible strategies put up so as to raise peasants' income.
