兰新高铁钢轨伸缩调节器施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 兰新高速铁路沿线气候差异较大,大跨度桥梁多处于寒冷、严寒地区。为了协调桥梁与无缝线路的纵向位移,保证正确的钢轨导向和支撑,自动放散无缝线路的温度应力,改善轨道结构和桥梁墩台受力,兰新高速铁路新疆段重点大跨度桥梁上安装了钢轨伸缩调节器。论述了在兰新高速铁路新疆段安装钢轨伸缩调节器的条件、型号和位置,以及钢轨伸缩调节器的安装、调整方法、施工工艺和施工技术要点,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。 The discrepancy of climate along Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway is rather huge. The long-span bridges are located in cold or strict cold region. For moderating the longitudinal displacement between bridge and jointless track,ensuring the accurate steel rail direction and underpinning,automatically releasing the temperature stress of jointless track,and improving the force between rail structure and the bridge pier. The rail expansion joint is used on the key long-span bridge in Xinjiang Section of Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway. This paper discusses the arrangement condition,type and location of rail expansion joint,as well as its installation,adjustment method,construction technology and the key construction technological points. It can be a reference to the similar engineering.
