摘要 由于受工艺尺寸、工作环境的制约,隧道施工机械常常无法用传统的测量方式实时获得关键部件的工作状况。而利用数字CCD摄像头测量方法进行钢结构的变形监测是传统测量方式的变革,可实现半自动的实时监测。介绍了变形监测系统的基本原理和构成,以及变形监测系统在隧道施工机械上的实现方法与效果。 Due to the restriction of processing-dimension and the work environment,the conditions of different key components of the Tunnel Construction Machine( TCM) cannot be obtained by traditional measuring methods in real time. However,it is a new revolution in traditional measuring methods to use digital CCD camera to monitor the deformation of steel structure. In this way,the semi-automatic monitoring can also be realized in real time. In this paper,the basic principles and structure of the deformation-monitoring system has been introduced,as well as the implementation method and effect of the deformation-monitoring system in the TCM.
