摘要
预切槽机对软弱围岩进行施工的执行部是链锯式切刀,为了保证切槽注浆的顺利展开,对切刀和链条进行有效组合,设计了同步注浆功能,并合理化其附属结构,实际施工充分验证了该设计的可行性和有效性。
The chain-saw cutter is severed as the executive component of pre-cutting groove machine to apply in the construction of weak surrounding rock. To ensure the successful groove cutting and grouting in the construction,we design the synchronous grouting structure through an effective combination of cutters and chains. Then we rationalize its subsidiary structure. The feasibility and effectiveness of the design are fully verified in the actual construction.
