摘要
依据差动对焦系统的要求,给出了差动光电信号探测电路的实现方法。以高性能仪用放大器AD620BN、低噪声运放AD795JRZ和运放OP07EP为核心,设计了光电转换前置电路、信号调理及差分电路、二阶低通滤波器及伪零点消除电路,实现将差动光信号转换为电信号。经后续MSP430F149单片机系统电路处理后,产生调焦控制信号实现系统的自动对焦。实验测试结果验证了所设计电路的可行性和正确性,符合差动对焦系统的设计要求。
A specific circuit to detect the differential photoelectric signal is given according to the requirements of the automatic confocal-focusing system. By using the high performance instrumental amplifier AD620 BN,low noise precision FET Op amplifier AD795 JRZ and ultralow offset voltage Op amplifier OP07,the pre-circuit for photoelectric conversion,the signal conditioning and differential circuit,Second-Order Low-Pass Filter and pseudo-zero elimination circuit are made. By the processing of program in MCU MSP430F149,a signal is generated for the system to focus automatically. The experimental results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the circuit,showing that the design meets the demands of confocal-focusing system.
