影响胶粒三趾马红黏土的关键因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 三趾马红黏土的持水特征使其作为路基填料时容易导致一系列工程问题。通过四因素二次正交旋转试验设计,选取影响抗剪强度的四个主要因素含水率、压实度、胶粒粒径、胶粒掺量作为试验因子,以黏聚力c和内摩擦角φ作为指标进行三轴试验。研究发现含水率、压实度、胶粒掺量与c和φ间的关系可通过多项回归方程式进行表征。胶粒粒径对三趾马红黏土的c和φ未产生显著作用。当含水率处于5%-25%,压实度处于87%-99%,胶粒掺量处于5%-25%范围内,三趾马红黏土的c和φ随着含水率的减小,压实度的增加逐渐增加;但胶粒掺量越高,c越小,φ越大。压实度和含水率、压实度和胶粒掺量对三趾马红黏土的c和φ存在交互作用的影响;而含水率与胶粒掺量仅对三趾马红黏土φ的影响具有交互作用。此外,以c或φ为响应面的模型能较好的反映试验的实际情况。 Holding water features of hipparion red clay make it easily lead to a series of engineering problems as roadbed filler. Through the four factors quadratic orthogonal rotation test design,the four main factors affect the shear strength which contain moisture rate,degree of compaction,particle size and rubber particle volume are selected as the test factors,cohesion C and internal friction angle φ as an indicator of triaxial test. The study found that the relationship between water content,degree of compaction,rubber particle content and C,φ can be characterized by multiple regression equation. The rubber particle size hasn't significant influence on hipparion red clay'C and φ. When the range of moisture content is in 5% to 25%,degree of compaction is in 87% to 99%,the particle content is in the range of 5% to 25%,hipparion red clay'C and φ gradually increase along with the decrease of water content,compaction degree increase. But the higher dosage of rubber particles,the smaller C and the bigger φ. Degree of compaction and water rate,degree of compaction and rubber particles dosage have effect of interaction on hipparion red clay C and φ. In addition,the model of response surface win C or φ can reflect actual condition of test.
