摘要
目的探索PBL教学模式在中医全科医学教学中的应用。方法以山东中医药大学中医学五年制专业2013级学生60人为研究对象,按照学号随机分为实验组(30人)和对照组(30人),实验组采用PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,2组由相同的教师授课,采用理论考试、病例分析、调查问卷、教师反馈相结合的方式评价教学效果。结果实验组病例分析能力较对照组明显提高(P<0.05),课外学习积极性较对照组明显提高(P<0.05),理论考试成绩较对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式能够有效地提高教学质量,具有一定的现实意义。
Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching mode in the teaching of general medicine of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Taking 60 five-year students in Sh andong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2013 as the research objects. According to the student ID, they were randomly divided into experimental group(30 people) and the control group(30people), and the experimental group used PBL Teaching Mode, while the control group used the Traditional Teaching Mode. The two groups were taught by the same teacher. We used the combination of theory test, case analysis, the questionnaire and teacher feedback to evaluate the teaching effect. Results Analysis ability of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P〈0.05), extracurricular study enthusiasm was obviously improved compared with control group(P〈0.05), but theory test scores showed no obvious change compared with the control group(P〉0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching quality, which has certain practical significance.
