中药学教学应重视中药处方用名 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨中药处方用名在中药学教学中的重要性和教学方法。方法分析中药处方用名的现状,及其对实际工作的影响,对中药学处方用名的教学提出建议。结果虽有《中华人民共和国药典》、《中药大辞典》、《中药学》教材等具有法律效力和形成共识的标准,但临床医生并未对中药的处方用名形成统一的认识和使用规范,影响着医生处方用药、调剂、医疗效果以及饮片的经营流通。应当加强中药处方用名在教学中的讲授。结论在中药学教学中应重视处方用名的讲授,首先要以《药典》为标准,其次为临床常用的处方用名,最后在教学中可以介绍古籍记载的或生僻的处方用名作为知识的扩展。 Objective To discuss the the importance and teaching methods of prescription medicine name of the Chinese materia med-ica in the teaching process. Methods We analyzed the status quo of prescription name and its impact on the actual work, and put forward suggestion. Results Notwithstanding the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, Chinese Dictionary in Pharmacy and Chinese Materia Medica have the force of law and the formation of a consensus standard, but clinicians are not with the name on the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine to form a unified understanding and use of norms, influence doctors prescription med-ication, the circulation of the swap, the operation of the health effects and pieces. We should strengthen taught in the teaching of tra-ditional Chinese medicine prescription with the name. Conclusion In the teaching of Chinese materia medica, we should pay atten-tion to prescription with the name of teaching, took Pharmacopoeia as the standard, followed by the commonly prescribed for clinical use names, and finally introduced rare historical records or prescription with the name, as an extension of teaching ideas.
