摘要
目的总结冠心病心绞痛"先天伏寒"患者的临床辨证要点。方法本研究拟采用横断面流行病学方法,调查冠心病心绞痛患者的一般资料、病史、西医诊断、实验室检查结果、症状、体征、中医证型、中医主症计分、心绞痛计分。建立数据库,统计方法采用频数分析、卡方检验,结合临床实践,提取、总结出冠心病心绞痛中医"先天伏寒"证的临床症状。结果中医主证积分和心绞痛积分,"先天伏寒"组与非"先天伏寒"组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);既往病史和一般情况,早发足凉、胃痛、冠心病病史和血脂异常病史,"先天伏寒"组与非"先天伏寒"组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);通过数据库分析,总结出冠心病"先天伏寒"患者主要临床特点,根据出现频次不同依次为:胸闷、胸痛、足凉、气短等。结论冠心病"先天伏寒"证实际存在,并具备特有的临床病史及症状。
Objective To summsrize the main points of the clinical syndrome in coronary heart disease of congenital latent cold syndrome. Methods The research used cross section and epidemiology, coronary heart disease patient had been investigated about general information, medical history, medical diagnosis, laboratory examination results, symptoms, signs, TCM syndromes, TCM syndrome score, angina score. Through establishing database, use frequency analysis, chi square test to calculate, combining clinical practice, in order to summarize the clinical symptom of coronary heart disease of congenital latent cold syndrome. Results TCM syndrome integral and integral of angina pectoris, compare congenital latent cold syndrome with non congenital latent cold syndrome,the results were significantly different( P〈0.05). The aspect of past medical history and general situation, early cold feet and stomachache and early coronary heart disease, compare congenital latent cold syndrome with non congenital latent cold syndrome, and the results were significantly different( P〈0.05). The main clinical characteristics of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease were summarized, according to occurrence frequency, symptoms are as follows: chest tightness, chest pain,shortness of breath and cold feet. Conclusion The clinical history and symptoms of coronary heart disease in patients with coronary heart disease are actually present in the presence of congenital heart disease.
