心身疾病用药共性规律探析

Analysis on the Common Regularity of the Psychosomatic Diseases

目的探索心身疾病用药的共性规律。方法检索中国知网中近10年有关高血压病、甲亢、偏头痛、荨麻疹、胃溃疡治疗的临床治疗文献,对筛选后文献中方剂用药进行清洗后建立数据集,采用药类频数和百分比分析心身疾病用药特点。结果 5种疾病的治疗药类非常集中,补虚药、解表药、清热药、活血化瘀药是5种疾病共有的高频药类。结论心身疾病治疗用药存在共性规律。

Objective To explore the common regularity of th e psychosomatic diseases. Methods Literatures of hypertension,hyperthyroidism, migraine, urticaria and gastric ulcer were searched in China Knowledge Network. Data sets were established after data cleaning, and then drug administering characteristics of psychosomatic diseases were analyzed with frequency and percentage.Results High frequency drugs were concentrated on deficiency-nourishing drugs, diaphoretics, antipyretics and promoting-circulation drugs in all five diseases. Conclusion Drug administering characteristics of psychosomatic diseases possess common regularity.
