摘要
目的探索复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法将82例中晚期的肿瘤患者进行随机分为2组,对照组41例,观察组41例。对照组在常规的对症和营养支持基础上单纯采用化疗进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础治疗上给予复方苦参注射液,疗程均为4周,比较2组疗效及血液毒副反应并对生活质量评定分析。结果观察组改善25例,稳定10例,下降3例,改善率分别为65.7%;对照组改善13例,稳定18例,下降7。观察组和对照组的观察组改善25例,稳定10例,下降3例,对照组改善13例,稳定18例,下降7例,改善率分别为34.2%。观察组KPS评分改善率为65.9%,对照组改善率为34.1%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),KPS评分改善与临床有效率基本一致。毒副反应情况显示,观察组不良反应发生率显著小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤具有清热燥湿、祛风解毒,改善患者临床疗效之功效,提高生活质量且不良反应少。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of co mpound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor. Methods 82 cases of patients with advanced tumors were randomly divided into control group of 41 cases and observation group of 41 cases. The control group was treated with chemotherapy on the basis of the conventional symptomatic and nutritional support. The observation group was given compound matrine injection on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was four weeks. The therapeutic effect and toxicity of blood of the two groups were compared, and the quality of life was assessed. Results In the observation group, 25 cases improved, 10 cases were stable, 3 cases got worse, and the improvement rate was65.7%. In the control group, 13 cases improved, 18 cases were stable, 7 cases got worse, and the improvement rate was 34.2 %. The improvement rate of KPS score of the observation group and the control group was 65.9 % and 34.1%, respectively, and the difference was significant( P〈0.05). The improvement of KPS score was consistent with clinical effect. The toxicity showed that the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion Compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor can clear heat and dampness, expell wind detoxification, improve the clinical effect and the quality of life, and has fewer side effects.
