越鞠丸治疗郁证的临床研究

Clinical Study of Yueju Pill in the Treatment of Melancholia

目的探讨越鞠丸治疗郁证的临床药理作用及机理。方法选取我院2012年1月—2014年12月间收治的68例郁证患者,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组34例,给予对照组患者采用心理教育,并口服西药百忧解;给予观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用越鞠丸治疗,治疗2个疗程后,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表以及抑郁自评表对患者进行评分,并对比2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为88.3%,对照组患者治疗的有效率为61.8%,2组患者对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,经过治疗,2组患者抑郁量表得分以及抑郁自评得分明显低于治疗前,数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,但2组间数据对比差异不明显,P>0.05。结论采用越鞠丸治疗郁证的临床药理作用明显,能够有效缓解患者的躯体症状,且副作用小,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To discuss the pharmacological effect of Yueju pill in the treatment of melancholia. Methods Selecting 68 cases in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014, they were randomly divided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given psychological education and Prozac. The observation group was given Yueju pill on the basis of the con-trol group. Two month later, Hamilton depression scale and self-rating depression score of patients were checked. Results The total effect of the observation group and the control group was 88.63 % and 61.8%, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.After treatment, Hamilton depression scale and self-rating depression score of patients had statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yueju pill in the treatment of Melancholia has good effect, and it can effectively alleviate the physical symptoms.
