电针联合黛力新治疗卒中后抑郁43例

Acusector combined with Deanxit in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression for 43 Cases

目的探讨电针联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁的方法与临床效果。方法将86例脑卒中后抑郁患者按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各43例,对照组单纯给予黛力新治疗,观察组给予电针联合黛力新治疗,治疗4周后比较两组HAMD、NIHSS、ADL评分变化情况。结果治疗前两组HAMD评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组HAMD评分降低幅度观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组NIHSS、ADL评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组NIHSS、ADL评分均下降幅度观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)结论电针结合黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁能有效缓解患者抑郁症状,促进神经功能缺损恢复,提高患者的日常生活能力,临床应用安全、疗效肯定。

Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of acusector combined with deanxit in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods 86 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 43 patients. The control group was treated with deanxit. The observation group was given acusector on the basis of the control group. The HAMD, NIHSS and ADL scores change of the patients in the two groups were compared 4 weeks after the treatment. Results There was no significant difference（ P〈0.05） between the patients＇ HAMD scores before the treatment, the HAMD scores reduction in the observation group was obviously superior to that in the control group（ P〉0.05） after the treatment.The NIHSS and ADL scores of the patients in the two groups had no significant difference（ P〈0.05） before the treatment, the NIHSS and ADL scores reduction in the observation group was obviously superior to that in the control group（ P〉0.05） after the treatment. Conclusion Acusector combined with deanxit in the treatment of post-stroke depression can remit the patients＇ depressive symptom effectively, promote their neurologic impairment recover ability, and improve their activity of daily living. The clinical application is safe, and curative effect is definite.
