肺癌化疗期的中西医结合护理分析

Analysis of Integrated Medicine Nursing in Chemotherapy of Lung Cancer

目的分析肺癌化疗期的中西医结合护理措施。方法选择2012年5月—2014年12月收治的80例肺癌化疗期患者作为研究对象,随机把80例患者分成对照组与观察组,每组各40例患者。对照组实施西医护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上联合中医护理措施,比较两组患者不良反应情况。结果观察组不良反应发生情况明显少于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗期患者实施中西医结合护理措施可以明显减轻患者痛苦,改善患者生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the integrated medicine nursing in chemotherapy of lung cancer. Methods From May 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital, 80 cases of lung cancer chemotherapy patients were selected as research subjects, and they were ran-domlydivided into control group and observation group with 40 patients in each group. The control group used Western medicine care.The observation group used TCM nursing care on the basis of the control group. The adverse reactions in the two groups were com-pared. Results The incidence of adverse events of the observation group was significantly less than those of the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The integrated medicine nursing in chemotherapy of lung cancer could significantly reduce the suffering of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It should be widely applied.
