心脏神经官能症辨治经验

Experience of Syndrome Differentiation on Cardiac Neurosis

随着社会经济的发展、竞争压力的增加、生活节奏的加快,心脏神经官能症的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,由于本病病因复杂,笔者认为心脏神经官能症病位主要在心,由肝气郁结而始,日久及肾,累及五脏;发病由气及血,由实转虚;用药强调疏肝解郁,养心安神,辨证论治。鼓励患者畅情志,增强患者治疗的信心,使患者保持愉快的心情,取得事半功倍的效果。

With the development of social economy, the competition pressure increases, the life rhythm speeding up, there is an upward trend in the incidence of cardiac neurosis. Due to the complexity of the disease causes, the author thought that the location of cardiac neurosis disease is heart, and was induced by stagnation of liver qi, involving the five internal organs. Pathogenesis starts from qi and blood and real to virtual. Medication emphasizes dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation, nourishing heart for tranquil-lization and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. We encourage patients to change emotion, enhance patients cure confidence,keep patient with happy mood. Patients got better effect.
