单味中药对非酒精性脂肪肝作用的实验研究进展

The Experimental Studies Progress of the Single Chinese Herb for Preventing and Curing Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是临床上常见的疾病,中药治疗NAFLD有效果显著。本文将近几年来单味中药(包括其活性成分及其制剂)防治脂肪肝NAFLD作用的实验研究进展进行综述,发现像虎杖苷、大黄素等既能通过调节血脂,改善肝功能等作用治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病,由此可见中药在治疗NAFLD方面,疗效显著,值得推广。

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（ NAFLD） is a common clinical disease, and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of NAFLD has a significant effect. The article summarized the experimental studies progress of the single Chinese herb for preventing and curing NAFLD in recent years. The studies found that many single Chinese herb such as polydatin and emodin prevented and cured NAFLD via plasma lipid modulation, and improved liver function and so on. All these showed that traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of NAFLD has a good effect, and it is worthy of promotion.
