针刺治疗儿童孤独症的文献研究

Literature Research on Acupuncture in the Treatment of Children Autism Spectrum Disorder

目的评价并总结针刺治疗孤独症的临床试验文献。方法通过机检全面收集近10年来针刺治疗孤独症的临床治疗文献,按照中国循证医学中心推荐的标准,分析评价每一篇文献。结果缺乏高质量的临床治疗试验文献,针刺取穴和针刺方法种类迥异,无确定的选穴原则。结论针刺治疗孤独症疗效真实可靠,治疗规范有待进一步完善。

Objective To assess and analyze the papers about acupuncture in the treatment of children autism spectrum disorder（ASD）. Methods Collecting all the published papers about ASD treated by acupuncture in recent decade, each paper was analyzed according to the criteria of Cochrane manual. Results There was lack of high quality literature on clinical treatment trials, and there were kinds of acupuncture points and methods with no certain principle. Conclusion It is real and reliable about the effect of acupuncture therapy, but the treatment specification needs to be further improved.
